This site uses large and very useful free electronic English-Russian V.K. Mueller Dictionary (7th Edition). This dictionary is distributed (GNU license) free from http://www.chat.ru/~mueller_dic, though only as one large text file. You can access this dictionary by typing an English word or just a beginning of the word (first 4 letters) to see the translation.
